Terms of Service

Summary

By using the AdRide platform, you agree to the following key terms:

  • AdRide is a marketplace platform connecting brands, drivers, and wrap companies
  • All users must provide accurate information during registration
  • Brands commit to a minimum 3-month campaign duration
  • Drivers must maintain 800 miles/month minimum and keep the wrap in good condition
  • Wrap companies must maintain valid business license and $1M liability insurance
  • Platform fees (10% or 8% with incentive) are automatically deducted from earnings
  • AdRide reserves the right to remove users who violate platform policies
  • All disputes are handled through the platform's resolution process
  • Users may terminate their participation with appropriate notice as outlined in their specific agreement

Privacy Policy

Summary

AdRide is committed to protecting your privacy. Here's how we handle your data:

  • Information We Collect: Name, email, phone, vehicle information (drivers), business information (brands/wrap companies), and payment details
  • How We Use It: To match campaigns, process payments, verify identities, and communicate about the platform
  • Data Sharing: We share relevant information between matched parties (e.g., driver location with brands, wrap company details with drivers) only as needed for campaign execution
  • Payment Data: All payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store full credit card numbers
  • Document Storage: Uploaded documents (licenses, registrations, insurance) are stored securely and used only for verification purposes
  • Photos: Vehicle and wrap photos may be used on the platform for portfolio/marketing purposes as outlined in agreements
  • Communications: We may send platform-related emails and notifications. You can opt out of marketing communications
  • Data Retention: We retain data for the duration of your account plus any legally required period
  • Your Rights: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us
